While renting property of Service One the renter agrees to use the equipment in a CAREFUL and PRUDENT manner and only for the purpose it was intended. Renter assumes full responsibility and will pay equipment owner the full cost of repairs or loss of said equipment resulting from any misuse, accident, neglect or any form of lose.
Renter shall return equipment in LEAN CONDITION, to the same location it was obtained, WITHIN 24 HOURS or before the time herein specified.
Will NOT LOAN, sublet or mortgage said equipment without the written consent of the owner.
Will PAY OWNER ALL COSTS CONNECTED WITH RECOVERY of said equipment and/or replacement costs, rental charges, late charges or repair costs.
Will Indemnify and HOLD THE EQUIPMENT OWNER and his agents HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM or loss, including legal expenses, arising from any personal injury or property damage incurred as a result of use of said equipment. |
